Why We Built This Site
Kansas gives the public broad access to many court records, but the hard part is figuring out which office holds the file. The Clerk of the District Court handles Scott County District Court records, including civil, criminal, probate, divorce, juvenile, guardianship, and many formal case files. Scott City Municipal Court handles city ordinance and municipal traffic matters. The Scott County Law Enforcement Center handles accident, arrest, offense, dispatch, and jail-related records. State agencies hold separate certificate, driver, criminal-history, and offender-search systems.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
